I already complimented you on your organization and clear guides for the reader without losing your voice. Now that I've read more of it, I want to compliment you on how you transition from one scene to the next. I enjoyed towards the beginning how you keep teasing the reader by promising this important meeting at the beginning of each section, then pivot to spend some time introducing a character instead. You do this a few times in a row before finally showing the meeting, which does not disappoint. I'm also a huge fan of your dialogues.
